Mike is one of the top young skills coaches in the country. He has worked with thousands of players around the world at the youth/high school level as well as the college/pro level including notable names such as Ty Jerome (Phoenix Suns - #24 overall pick 2019 NBA Draft, DeAndre Hunter (Atlanta Hawks - #4 Overall pick 2019 NBA Draft, Sa'eed Nelson (American University), Kylee Watson (Oregon 2020 Commit), and Taj Thweatt (West Virginia 2020 Commit).

Along with his training experience, Mike has spent over 6 seasons on the sidelines coaching at the Division III level in one of the top conferences in the country, the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) for both the men's programs at Kean & Stockton University.
​
Through all the knowledge that he has gained from his mentors and his own learning over the years, Mike has found a player development system that works and will provide growth to players long term.

Breaking down the players footwork to establish a foundation and then building upon it within the variety of skills.

Progressing with footwork from breakdowns to game spots & actions that a player will be a part of within game scenarios.

Transferring skills that the players have repped to putting them in situations with defense with the intentions to have the skills they have been working on translate to live game scenarios.
Film study
Players will receive detailed film breakdowns to enhance their knowledge for the game along with understanding the nuances behind the skills they will be working on in workouts.
